This last semester has been a whirlwind of events, illness, and family. We started each semester the same this school year. Being late to the start of everything due to a family funeral. The second of which really threw everyone for a loop, and we felt like we were playing catch-up the entire year. In addition to the second funeral, as a family, we caught nearly every cold and illness going around this year. I feel as though many of my friends probably thought we were a super flaky family, which is generally the opposite of how I usually am. Hopefully next year will be significantly better. Though, I am wary as we start the summer the same way as last summer with one family member in the hospital with pneumonia. All that being said, we did still do a ton, had fun doing it and are ready for the summer events.
